Feeling Good Week Monday 8th - Friday 12th February 2021
In Feeling Good Week class teachers will be sharing a range of activities for the children to try out, to boost their wellbeing and improve mood. These will centre around the Five Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Give, Notice, Be Active and Learn.
During the week, children will be encouraged to talk about their feelings and mental health. Look at the articles attached to read around the subjects of mental health and mindfulness.
