Geography
At St Mary’s, the geography curriculum is designed to promote in pupils a greater appreciation of the world, its people and their place in it, with our values of love, respect and friendship at its core. We believe that through our teaching, our pupils will be equipped with key geographical skills to help them understand the Earth’s key physical and human processes, and develop knowledge about diverse places, people, resources and natural and human environments. Our classroom learning, fieldwork and educational visits will stimulate and answer questions which will inspire a natural curiosity which will remain with them for the rest of their lives.
