Homework
Homework in year 5 for the Summer term follows the following structure each week:
Daily reading for at least 10 minutes
Spellings set on EdShed every Friday from 15:00 - 09:00 the following Friday. No paper copies provided to cut down the cost of printing.
Times Table Rockstars to be completed for at least 10 minutes every school day.
If you are unsure about what your child needs to be completing (relating to homework), please come and see us before or after school.
Homework will now be set weekly, on a Thursday after school and will be due for completion by the next Thursday at 9:00am. Homework will alternate weekly between English and maths. The homework will be set on Google classroom, please ask your child's teacher if you need their log in details. There will still be an expectation for your child to continue with the homework mentioned previously.
