Friends of St Mary's
Friends of St Mary's is a small, friendly committee of parents running events to raise money for St Mary's school.
The committee is led by:
Chair - Kirsty Corker
Secretary - Kerri Rooke
Treasurer - Kerry Hundleby & Mel Botheras
Other members include Cath and Stacey
Through our fundraising events we have been able to fund the hoodies for the Year 6, the book published to celebrate 50 years of St Mary's school, the defibrillator and a significant amount of money towards the adventure playground.
The events that we run are: school discos - termly, Christmas shopping evening, sports day fair and the Easter reading challenge. We are looking forward to organising a theatre trip later this academic year.
