I hope that you are all well and keeping busy. I know that some of you have been making the most of your time at home and using the time to make, grow, watch and learn about all sorts of things.
I have put a few more ideas on the 'website links' and 'project ideas' further down the page to help keep you occupied!
Thank you to those of you who have been sharing the fabulous activities that you have been doing during your time learning from home. From plants to poems, bug hotels to bird feeders and everything in between. Keep up the great work! Remember that even if you can't be outside, it's amazing what you can see and find out, just from looking out the window.
The Wildlife Trust 30 days wild has lots of ideas of things to do as does the BBC Spring Watch pages. Have a look in the webpages and projects folders below for lots of ideas.
Take care and keep safe,
I hope that you are all well and getting used to working from home. Thank you so much to those of you who have been in touch to share some of the Environmental Studies activities that you have been doing. Take a look at the photographs in the 'Sharing What We Have Been Doing' folder for some inspiration for things that you might like to try.
I will soon be adding some new ideas and activities to the pages, so keep checking back.
Keep safe and well and make the most of the time that you can spend outside.
Keep in touch.
If you do any of these activities and are able to take photos of them, send them to my e-mail address so we can share them on your class page and on here. Or if you want to tell me about what you have seen in your garden, or out on a walk or if you have heard a fun fact or interesting bit of Environmental news, let me know at:
Have fun, enjoy and stay safe!
